RATES: Columbia Gorge Riverside Lodge rates are in US dollars and are subject to all applicable taxes. Rates apply to single or double occupancy, except La Frontera which applies for up to four people. They may change without notice until confirmed with a deposit.
	ADDITIONAL PERSON AND PET CHARGES: Each additional person 2 years and older is $10.00 per night. Pets are $10.00 additional per night.
	RESERVATIONS: A deposit equal to the first night's lodging plus tax is due within two weeks of making a reservation. A confirmation letter will be sent upon receipt of deposit. The balance for the entire stay is due 30 days prior to arrival. For block reservations (3 or more units), the balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. We accept reservations up to one year in advance. Check in-time is 4:00 to 8:00 pm. (Please call to make arrangements if arriving after 9:00 pm.) Check-out time is 12:00 pm.
	CANCELLATIONS: Deposits are refundable, minus a $25.00 service fee per unit, with more than 14 days advance notice of cancellation. If a guest must cancel with fewer than 14 days advance notice (60 days for block reservations), deposits will be refunded, minus a $25.00 service fee per unit, for the portion of the reservation we are able to re-rent. The cancellation policy applies to all circumstances including weather, illness, transportation problems, etc. Please understand we are a destination property that is dependent upon advance reservations rather than drive-by traffic.
	PETS: We do welcome pets in all of our guest accommodations for a charge of $10.00 per pet per night with the following expectations. They must be on a leash when outside of your room. They must not be left in your room unattended. They must be quiet and well-mannered. All pets must be clean, groomed, and house trained. They must not be allowed on furniture or beds. We will charge for damage caused by your pets.
	HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES are provided every second day for an extended stay and include a change of towels, vacuum, bathroom touch-up, and garbage removal. For shorter stays, replacement towels may be obtained by request. We encourage you to hang towels to dry to reduce water, chemical, and electricity consumption.
	SMOKING: All accommodations are smoke free; however guests may smoke outside.
